• All products sold are made-to-order furniture and decor.
• Custom-made products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

• Returns are only considered for products that arrive damaged or defective.
• Each return request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.
• Items approved for return must meet the following criteria:
  
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact

Refund Terms

• Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are subject to approval after evaluation of the returned item.
• Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:

  • The method and timeline of the refund (e.g., original payment method, bank transfer) will be communicated upon approval.

Return Shipping & Pickup

• Responsibility for return shipping charges is determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Where applicable, we will facilitate reverse pickup through our logistics partners.
• A return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

• In the event of transit damage or manufacturing defect, customers must:
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic or video evidence clearly showing the damage
  • Send this documentation via email, along with the order number and relevant details
• Our team will assess the claim and inform the customer of the resolution steps, which may include replacement, return, or refund.
